The Four-Year Career Plan

At Randolph College, career development begins your first year. Our Four-Year Career Plan will seriously challenge you to think about what you’re good at and what makes you happy.

The plan is designed to help you assess your skills, explore the options, and build real-world work experience through internships, job shadowing, and Randolph’s professional network. By the time you graduate, you’ll know how to connect what you do for a living with who you are as a being.
