The Office of College Relations (OCR) advances the Randolph College brand through the strategic creation and communication of messaging that supports the College’s mission-critical operations.
Office staff members work with faculty, staff, students, and alumnae and alumni to develop and implement marketing and communications plans, strategies, and tactics that are complementary, consistent, and support the College’s overall mission. Simply put, we help share the stories of Randolph through print, video, photography, social media, our website, and more.
Among the major responsibilities of OCR are the production of Vita magazine, the creation of content for the College’s social media sites, management of the College website, coordination of media relations efforts, the production of promotional videos and photography, as well as a multitude of other projects related to the promotion of Randolph College. The office is also responsible for maintaining the College’s brand identity and graphics standards and editorial style standards.
As time and staffing allow, OCR also provides services such as design, writing, website design, photography, etc. for various campus academic and administrative departments.
Randolph College faculty and staff members are encouraged to make requests in advance.
